The Communications of the ACM (CACM) a premier publication by the ACM prominently featured our work and recent contributions. A link to the article is here.
Several of our papers and work have received coverage in the technical press recently. Some samples:
And last but not least, The Daily Targum (Rutgers student paper) had a feature on the group. A noteworthy quote from which is, “…Most faculty think they have a good team that supports them. They think they have the best team. I know I have the best team..”
Ming was awarded a GAANN fellowship to pursue his PhD in the RADICAL group. Ming’s interest are in high-performance distributed computing as applied to computational science, with a focus on bioinformatics/computational biology. More details can be found at: http://www.ece.rutgers.edu/node/2175
Congratulations and welcome aboard Ming!
We’re co-organizing a NSF, DoE and AFOSR funded workshop on high-performance and distributed streaming systems, applications and computational steering. See here for more details: http://streamingsystems.org/
